There are no coal mines. That was an outright lie by the Company.
All they have is exploration claims which have not been explored in detail. Instead, only the surface showings have been sampled.
They are YEARS away from mining anything, assuming the millions in exploration and permitting costs required to bring those claims up to mine classification are successful. And there is absolutely no guarantee of that.
The Company's claims of "proven" reserves was outright fraudulent. Shareholders can easily sue, and likely win, on that fact alone, but the coal properties are really valueless.
