The collaboration with Apache Mill Tailings was announced in May 2019 thus it wouldn’t be covered in filings for the year ending March 2019.

That should be in the 10Q coming out soon. The 10K ended Mar 31, 2019 before the Chloride deal.

Also, it was not $10mm cash, but 10mm shares. I believe the shares have not been transferred yet due to the terms of the deal, but am not certain.
