'he's not stupid' by any means lol but waiting 2-4 years for profit really isn't his most highly focused interest either. Purchase some shares for his kids...great dad!
Follow him if you wish, but he hasn't gone off the grid and retired fishing his life away. The man is driven with outrageous expertise in development of young companies... and that can be lethal given the right circumstances...(STZ just grew weary of his methodology of how to win after a 3000% gain in CGC).
Lose track of what he's up to now and it just might be an "auugghhh shyte" in 6 months.
