Well, it seems to me that you would only vote 'No' on that issue if you firmly believed that the stock could potentially reach $11.50, right? Whereas a 'Yes' vote would mean you believe only $4 is a more realistic price target?

If that's the case, then I'd say the 'No' vote means people think the stock has a lot more room to grow.
