I have been in this position 250K for a couple of years. I got into it after the company announced the dividends in each of the off-sets. Well I can tell you one thing...never recieved any of the promised divis....this company is smoke and mirrors. They have put out press release after release announcing divis that never come.

Last month I finally had enough and filed complaints with the SEC and NASD asking for an investigation of the company. Good luck to all, but if you can get out go ahead and do so.
