YES we have seen this picture before a while ago.

The problem here is that Proscere a company created practically overnight and almost as quickly taken over by Simlatus

Proscere owner had no Hemp background and was a CFO of ONE bicyle
store. Then he supposedly has this priority extraction system that everyone in the world wants...raises a lot of questions.

Why would he also merge with a small satellite service co. and not
some big Hemp company...raises questions.

Brand House Ventures who has had a total of $64,000 in total revenue with no background in Hemp now is guaranteeing $75 Million
in CBD extraction business...raises a lot of questions.

I bought into the original hype at the beginning. There are too many questions here with Simlatis.

My opinions.
