Well maybe, it's cheaper to go this route.
No filing requirements, get the accumulated deficit wiped out....whatever it's currently out. Get rid of iconic litigation and the pinnertest litigation. Then reappear. It's funny how they said the 240 million production run and going into Phillipines. It's just seems something is not right. Mismanagement or irresponsibility.
