The DD contradicts the emails this morning. Just not adding up. I've seen this so many times on OTC.

The Forms FILED with the SOS do in "fact" say that.

I bought back some shares just in case. In many instances, I don't think they can confirm a merger before it happens anyways.

Something fishy going on this morning.

Either way, it appears something is coming here based, on recent filings.
