organized shorters are not individuals, they can make a deal with a market maker and put up cash to secure the short and it is completely legal, but if the short fails they will do margin calls and sell the shares.

LMAO! If there were any shorting - they would have covered last week.

DCGD investors have no clue how shorting works - call your broker and ask to borrow 1 million shares to short - after he stops laughing he will ask if you have a margin account with $2.5 million in it.
