The officers did compensate themselves to a degree that is concerning to me. Not feeling very good about this but I want to hold this stock for at least another 6 months. If NASDAQ is truly something they want to pursue, I don’t know how they would sniff $4 a share. Even with a substantial r/s. It’s just my opinion and I have dabbled in stocks for decades but I am certainly not an expert in these matters.
