they buy today, they sell it a week later. It's a bad habit they'r not in control in fact you can read their posts complaining some even calling CEO names the market knows that.
it gives a opportunity to to buyers to accumulate without raising the eyebrows it's a strategy being used in penny land so they don't have to buy 300 400% up. Only diehard patience win here.
