Buddy I’ve owned shares in this company since 2011. The only thing accurate in that DD is the share count. Nobody knows what’s currently going on with the company, other than those with insider info who would be under non-disclosure agreements, til the company updates us. Hopefully that will be this week. Any other info is all speculation being passed off as accurate, which it isn’t . The guy posting the high probability of a buyout on twitter is obviously a desperate BS artist.
Holdem, got your PM, appreciate the kind words. SDRC yes, they are in talks to either renew the lease OR they have also been offered the opportunity to outright purchase it...this is currently under discussion by the BOD. This can be seen in their most recent filings. :)
