I can go to a empty shell - no assets - no revenue - a CEO that has been caught in numerous lies - the CEO lies for operating a pump and dump are what leads to the SEC problems.

GRN isn't a hedge fund or a Billion dollar company - that will be a huge problem for Costello with the SEC. There is absolutely no facts/proof that GRN has any employees - so it is a Fake Billion dollar company with one employee.
