As a past shareholder, I can only offer my condolences to everyone. Dr. Gil and a group seem to have the funds ($150 million) to make an offer for shares of the CEO of another company, recently. (VPLM).....Not sure what happened here. Isn’t there value for the shares that were taken private here? Or was it taken private or just devolved? Very very strange, if not odd. I was so high in this company a few years ago. Not too many penny stocks have a guy like Dr. Gil on their team. Then this happens.
