I think you are misunderstanding the purpose and data yield from of the non placebo P2a and extension.

It is very much precision medicine in that patient variables are being analyzed by AI to find out why it works better in one patient and not another and how it works in the whole body, impact on quality of life and more.

The gut microbiome data was very much precision medicine. We will know a lot more when the paper comes out.
