Yes but it’s a Canadian company. All their operations are in Canada so the Nasdaq accepted them to list as what they’re doing in Canada is legal in the jurisdiction that they are operating in at the National government level. An act was passed by the National Government not left to regional jurisdictions to legislate on, on an ad hoc basis as they saw fit as is the case in America.
