That’s all interesting and good, BUT, who does the FDA get direction from? Do they act totally independent on their own in trying to fulfill a mission or ???

I believe the following is part of their mission and how are they doing?:

“FDA also has responsibility for regulating the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of tobacco products to protect the public health and to reduce tobacco use by minors.”
