Did you mean to put "know" between don't and anyone? Because if you did I think that you DO know someone who would argue against those two sentences.
I know very few instances, not including bankruptcies (and even those sometimes) in which a failing stock price in an OTC stock ISN'T attributed by a short stack of holders to "trading irregularities". And I know of even less where it's true....far less.
It's not true here, that's for sure. The list of REASONABLE explanations is pretty long here and I think you know that. They've been cropping up pretty regularly lately.
