The shareholders have a right to know why there is a CE on the stock and why the OTC has even stopped showing quotes. Seems to me that it is material when a company cannot report earnings per share because a large number of shares have been frozen or removed from trading. That said, I know nothing about what happens in a situation like this. I have friends and family that own POTN and don't make a regular habit of reading message boards or searching FBI arrest warrants.
