Butt in the SHL, he just sez he went to "Winona State", which AFAIK, is nott part of the University of Minnesota at all. It is a commuter college with ashtrays that is subsumed into the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System - butt it is in no way the "University of Minnesota".

The University of Minnesota is the flagship campus at Twin Cities, with branches of the U at Morris, Duluth (decent hockey team usually), Crookston, and Rochester.

You can't sell any of your stock - if so how did you remove the restrictive legend from your Certs?

Don't act like it is a magnanimous move to not sell your stock as it would be illegal - I suggest you read Rule 144.
