John Fife Thanks for pointing that out. I hadn't seen it. I did a bit of research on this guy, and about the filing. Looks like he's a note holder but due to a clause in the agreement he's now taking a 9.99% position. This might be a hedge fund guy like with $dcgd. He's also on the otc thru his venture corp that's blanketing from medical and medical devices to manufacturing and milling and and connections to American rubber, emergent trading platform and real estate commercial properties. Holy $hit.
