Any otc pos ceo saying they wont do an rs, they have no plans to do a rs, no reason to do a rs at this time, blah blah blah HAS NO VALUE WHATSOEVER.

I’ve seen pink sheet CEOs Claim no reverse split, right up until the day the reverse split showed up on the Daily List.
