Considering that nothing you ever say is verifiable, or detailed enough to be meaningful, it probably isn't material. But, you do drop little tidbits as if you know "stuff".
On the other hand, if what you just said about a deal that fell through with a partner is true, that would be material info, no? And yet you are potentially trading on that info? That's interesting.
