So they went under a custodial hearing, there is no SFIO. It is just a shell company! Show was acquired during custodial ship Trial by a judge. Custodianship was handed over to universal management. They just finished signing reverse merger paperwork we should see Nevada filings by early to late next week I’m thinking later next week.
