Depends, could be as little as $40k for a company this size and complexity, and it ramps up from there.

My accounting firm is $150 p/hr and review and sign off by owner is $350 p/hr. If this accounting firm has been working on this 5 days p/week since May... so let’s say 50 business days... if they are billing 4hrs a day at $150 p/hr... that is $30,000.

I would say that is low end being this is a public company.
