Agreed the 30$ buyback was a disappointment, but saying it was a "small buyback" is still true.
The 0.15 investment has been debated many times, for me it s true, the issue is how it is presented in the filings, could have been clearer, and it has nothing to do with twitter, it was also in a PR at the same time.
The OS was updated yesterday, and we clearly see the dilution is very small since January. Also all their OS updates have been validated in filings. On Monday you will see in the 10Q that once again they did not lie.

So since you talked about "misleading information", you agree they re not lying?

LMFAO anyone who even did a cursory scan of their quarterly reports could easily see all the 3rd party convertible noteholder dilution that was occurring throughout 2018 Q4 through 2019 Q1. So it's total and complete BS that all the 3rd party dilution that occurred until it was completely eliminated/extinguished in Q1 was supposedly some undisclosed secret...because VYST as full SEC reporting filer that files fully audited fins clearly and properly disclosed ALL their 3rd party convertible noteholders and ALL their 3rd party convertible aged debt right in their fins exactly as the SEC requires!

As well, VYST informed their s/h's throughout the course of Q1 after their initial buyback announcement that their share repurchase program ended up getting rejected by Schwabbs clearing firm due to a perceived conflict of interest. And they subsequently followed that up by providing a corporate tweet update in Q2, clearly stating that they're still pursuing their share repurchase program whenever they secure their new investment banking partner of choice.

And no matter how many times it's falsely claimed that Crown Bridge and FirstFire supposedly didn't provide $200K each in Private Placement financing to VYST @ a .15 cent strike price doesn't change the fact that they did! And there's been plenty of proof positive provided that both FirstFire and Crown Bridge did in fact provide $200K at .15 cents regardless of any claims to the contrary!

So much for the supposed misleading tweets lmfao
