Your position in the company as a common stock owner is exactly the same today as it was before. Their goal is to continue the business plan of selling Network Extenders and data from "ROVR". They have gone out of their way to tell us that they don't intend to do anything to screw the common stockholders. At some time in the future they hope to get current with their financials and meet the other hurdles to list the stock on an exchange again.
Being removed from listing on an exchange doesn't mean the end of the company. There are tens of thousands of companies that are private and don't trade publicly. Now we are one of them.
