This has turned into entertainment...LOL. MCTC...R/Sing with a float of 17 million...the rest of the OS is held by the guys who bought this shell. There is no reason to RS...they are basically taking the float to 1.13 million shares....and expecting the share price to hold after the RS...what a joke!
All these guys need to do is retire their commons and deliver themselves some of the preferred shares to maintain control. The float is still tiny at 17 mil and it opens up the OS for them to use for acquisitions.
