Is it anticipated that any significant change in results of operations from the corresponding period for the last fiscal year will be reflected by the earning statements to be included in the subject report or portion thereof? ?

Subsequent events are included in filings all the time. The fact that they checked yes to change in operational results is a first for me. Have you ever seen that checked on an NT?

But if that merger will be taking care of all the debt from last year then maybe that's why it is being pushed back.
