that's the gamble they take with no rudder for that barge and also of the US full on approval of MJ decriminalization, trafficking from state to state and normalized uniform banking procedure...at the very least.
As for us, we know what we have under the hood and the probability of positive events lining up that will push the sp in a positive direction IMO is very high.
