most of the shares are locked up by the ceo and us long time investors. it's very hard for institutions to buy shares. mark wants to have a big ownership position in this company so he is not looking to sell shares and dilute his ownership position. some pretty impressive names now own shares. i remember a few months ago seeing maybe one or two institutions holding now look
