Saker Aviation Services, Inc. Announces Special Cash Dividend

NEW YORK, Sept. 30, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Saker Aviation Services, Inc. (OTCQB:SKAS), an aviation services company specializing in ground-based services to the general aviation marketplace, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.50 per share payable according to the table below.
Quarter Per Share Record Date Payment Date Q4 2019 $0.125 October 18, 2019 November 1, 2019 Q1 2020 $0.125 February 14, 2020 February 28, 2020 Q2 2020 $0.125 May 15, 2020 May 29, 2020 Q3 2020 $0.125 August 14, 2020 August 28, 2020 Saker’s Board of Directors also anticipates the initiation of a regular dividend after paying this special dividend. Any regular dividend is expected to be based on the Company’s profitability.
