He's banned from the securities biz by court order. So he's running a Medicare scam (overbilling fraud) with some local GP docs in GV - the docs are nott even aware of what he's doing with the billings. They should be. I understand from an inside source that their Medicare/MediCal billings have increased 5-10x FOLD since SCOTT SAND took over the 'management' of the docs' billing. They can be liable too.
