I think that Chiang just picks up these shells then puts them up for sale. In short he waits for a buyer which could take months. I know he is connected to a cyrpto trading platform so these RMs are more like a side job. His other shell CNH* has done nothing for months. That moved to .08 with a scam email otherwise it has been dormant since the beginnig of the year. GLTA
