Why do the prices keep rising?

I assume (and anecdotally it appears true) that Washington DC (Georgetown) and Dade County are also doing well.

All three share some things in common. Interesting places to live and a high attraction to foreign buyers. The weak dollar of course helps with the foreign buyers.

For all of our problems, many foreigners are anxious to own a piece of US real estate.
