I think that maybe some of the sell off isn't tied directly to ERFB. It could be someone selling off part or all of a stock portfolio or an investment group. Like in my 401k we cannot invest directly into particular stocks but we can invest in an investment portfolio that has holdings in numerous things. I could be wrong.
