Bid means nothing - ACTUAL BUYING means something

If "news soon" and "confidence at all time highs", then why don't buyers STEP UP AND BUY?

"on the bid" means very little, especially when the $volume is miniscule, ie NO 'SMART MONEY' unfortunately.
