There are a very large number of shares that may have been removed from ownership by Vaccaro and Taieb, and this is a good thing. It seems to me that there must be some updated disclosures about these shares in the upcoming earnings report.

Once proven guilty of all the crimes he and Charles V. and the other criminal are being charged with, those Preferred Shares along with whatever shares both Eli and CV had which were converted and in the brokerage accounts will have to be decided by the judge as to said Shares fate. The brokerage accounts have been already confiscated by the FBI along with other items already when the arrests happened. But when someone is charged with Securities Fraud and wire fraud and other items, they normally forfeit the shares owned and accounts as well since illegally obtained assets or funds get repo’d as per the Federal governments Rico Act!
