It would be helpful to know who purchased shares at .80

I saw that on SEDAR too...but not sure what to make of it yet. I believe that is .80 Canadian dollars. Also the $10 million equity loan....I thought would be all at once.

I would like more info on this.

The good thing is...were a long way from .80....and may get there soon.
