i could realy kick myself.
this is one great example how retail investors get crushed.
this 1.2 Billion Loss, the Shareholders Voted for it.
They voted to change warrants to 76 CAD warrants,
computers and instititions were aware of the fact that this results in a theoretical loss cause the warrants now have a Value of 1.2 Billion instead of 0.
That Constellation cannot buy the majority below that level, is worth 0.
They tradet this down, tomorrow and friday/Monday last retails will go out and from that point we should rise again, cause evrybody who knew this was coming is accumulating since then, i wonder how many shares they ripped of the little guys.
i must admit, i study math, i knew black sholes, but i did not see that coming, cause i didnt think that far.
for me the change was good cause 76 CAD was over the Top and makes the price for a takeover at least 76 CAD, but i was wrong.
Acreage indicated that to, the last who reads the news, wil be the poor guy selling at bottom is my opinion.
Even its overvalued maybe, the game is not off and this will recover just to lure retails back in.
