GoneforDays - Great post based in facts unlike many here. I am pretty sure that Calvin can navigate the legal system quite well and has good counsel as evidenced by him successfully defending the frivolous suits brought against CVBT and having the smarts to seek damages. Looking back, I am pretty sure the last time CVBT had a bad day in court was when Dan Montano was at the helm. Dan Montano sure does have an unlucky streak when it comes to being in court whereas I am pretty sure that CVBT has prevailed in all of its legal proceedings since Calvin took the helm.
