Doubtful. They just took on new debt in July, so that last note being paid is meaningless! The company is diluting shares into the market and will keep doing so. The PRs appear to be misleading just like they have done in the past. OS over 300 million now and heading to 1.5 billion. then another classic r/s just like the last 3 they did. Nothing new here and I got ripped off. These people are scam artists.
