Ah yes building #7. That clusterfuck of a miss-designed building where NYC decided to put it's emergency response center complete with diesel fuel to run their generators. Brilliant move don't ya think?
It ended up taking out Con Ed's substation in the basement. Which is why it took so long to bring lower Manhattan back on line since Con Ed had to set up diesel barges in the East River then run cables through the streets to feed the buildings that the substation supplied.
But lets not over look Rudy's police commissioner who was banging his GF in an apartment for first responders.
