Transforming into High Tech India company?

A Digital Marketing Director from India, and now an IT Director from India.......SWRM may be merging this stock into an India high tech company.

The biggest issue with company has been ability to delivery, and their capability to do so. If they are now folding in a tech team or company from India into stock this could change everything.
