There is no such degree at the University of Minnesota.

There is a Masters of Public Administration, which is for people who are in government - to manage government entities - nott BUSINESS.

There is also a MBA which IS for business, butt that is nott what Justin has. There is no "MSBA" degree at UM.

At most, he has an MPA - for gumbint bureaucrats.

Justin also does NOTT have an undergraduate degree from Harvard. He went to Minnesota for undergrad.
