They are just trying to pass shares back & forth down here at these prices to drum up some cheap shares. Notice all the blocks going through are small in size. The real telltale sign is the small orders going through at 5 or 6 decimal places. Retail can't even do that.
As soon as a decent size buy order goes in above the ask, they will scramble to try and fill it. And then other activity will pick up. They are trying to screw people right now.
They will scramble soon. I will see to it. It would be nice if they'd drop the price even a little lower before it happens.
