I have been posting for days now that PCTL is setting up for a massive fall run. .05 to .10 plus should be hitting soon on the charts. After .10 and .20 is where the real fun above begins! We should be one of the top gaining penny stocks this fall. The big money comes back into penny stocks in just a couple weeks now starting in Sept. PCTL has solid DD, a growing business, will be debt free and a low SS! We are golden for a run to possible dollars ahead.

Agreed !! otc in general will start coming out of its summer doldrums in sep. I think you'll agree, the trading will start heating up now in the 2nd half & here we have some beautiful catalysts heading into that period.
Geez, we have revenue we can boast. Other runners I'm watching have nothing but unsubstantiated rumors.
