Oh yeah, I saw all those numbers.... and we knew well before the filing that they were fast approaching- or just about arriving at- the critical liquidity level beyond which it would be impossible to continue even as a minimally functioning entity.

I kept waiting, each quarter, for that "this is it!" moment... well, it's finally arrived.. IMO

Guess we'll see how Friedheim dances between the rain (tear?) drops...

All in my opinion, of course :-)
