I talked with the CFO. Very nice lady and she was very appreciative of me as a shareholder reaching out directly to the company. At the beginning of the conversation she immediately deferred my to the fillings as far as answering any questions. I tried to ask for any clarification on the authorized share count. She stated she could not comment on that other than the fact that there was 300 as of now. I wanted clarification on where the 106 million shares where at if the AS is 300 and we are at 230. The math never added up for me. She said she could neither decline or affirm any change in the AS count at this time. IMO this is good news because we have known for a while how much debt we have and we have known for awhile how many shares we have left until we max out. She mentioned how they have to follow the law to the letter. I think we would have already seen an increase in AS if this deal wasn't going through. I think they have informed the SEC that this deal is on the table and they have received word that the increase does not need to happen unless something fell through. Just the simple fact that the AS has not changed is letting us know the cat is out of the bag. Some times you have to read the tee leaves. Oh I also mentioned to her that there was a form 4 with insiders buying at .50 level and asked here how was the pulse for the company since we were at .01 currently? All she said was how great an opportunity you have now. She did mention how busy she was in finalizing the financials that were due soon. After this conversation I feel very confident going forward.
