This stock is owned by over 50% institutions. Very smart people. They don't give a rats arse about the vol. Why would I hold a stock that has no institutions holding it. Better read about your air permits. 4 to 6 months til they make up their mind. And then sure looks like there will be public comments if it gets approved. That could add another year. No permits why fund ? We waited here a long time for permits. We have all our funding. We will be in production soon.
